Return review

Requests are reviewed based on order condition, product category, and the nature of the concern reported by the customer.

Items eligible for support

Customers should inspect orders soon after delivery and contact support if an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Items that show signs of wear, customer damage, or misuse may not qualify for return approval.

Support process

The support team may request photos, delivery details, or additional order information before approving a resolution.

Once a case is reviewed, the customer will be guided through the next step, which may include replacement, exchange guidance, or another store-supported resolution.
